February Garden Projects
- 3rd February 2018
Christmas seems to have come and gone in a flash and now we are well into the New Year. As the first shoots of spring growth are around the corner, we look at what you can do this month to keep those fingers green.
While we still sit on these dark nights and plan outdoor projects for the warmer coming months, it is still possible to enjoy colour and foliage in your home in Winter.
Why not take a look at our house plant selection which offers an extensive variety of texture, colour, foliage, shapes and sizes.
We offer anything from traditional ferns and orchids, to the very ‘on trend’ succulents and cacti that can be planted in terrariums or hanging planters to bring your room right up to date. Don’t forget to select the correct compost if repotting your house plant in one of our many containers and please do not hesitate to ask for advice on your plants needs.
Looking for inspiration to transform a spot in the garden? To inject a splash of colour or texture? Or to tidy an unwanted space? Then we have one of the largest stocks of gravels, pebbles, cobbles and rockery stone in Essex, which is available for you to view in store. Come and take a look at our miniature display boards, to help you visualise the aggregates before purchasing for your own gardens.
Lastly, if you are bored of looking out the window and seeing bare branches at this time of year? Then why not come and explore our range of garden water features and statues that can add an extra dimension to your borders all year round.
